hellocloud photography by Ken Lönnström bio picture

I love painting with words and describing life with pictures!

Born to this world screaming like everyone else, upset about leaving my safe and secure hidingplace. Where ever I looked there were unfamiliar things, peoples and expressions. Something was sounded in my so called ears, which I later understood were words. New places scared me.

As life has moved on I have come to realize that life really is meant to be lived the way you desire, no matter what. You and I, we can overcome all obstacles and live our dreams instead of just creating images of a different life.

At hellocloud you can read my travel stories, look at my photos and read some of my deeper thoughts or even perhaps some poetry. It will fulfill all my needs and hopefully you’ll find something worth reading or gazing at.

Stay happy!

Unknown road ahead of us

IMG_2878

Today we did actually find some fruitpicking work in a small town called Manjimup in Western Australia, only 4500 km away. In about one week we’ll begin our journey but first we have to get some big water containers, two new tires and enjoy our last few days in Melbourne together with our lovely Jen.

More about this in a few days time! However, if you are interested to see the road we’re going, click here for Google maps. As you probably can see on the map, there is a pit stop in a town called Coober Pedy… It’s a special place where people live underground due to the constant heat in the desert. Interesting place to photograph? I would guess so!

Good night to you all and stay happy. Also thanks alot for reading my blog. I really appreciate it.

mARTin - Hey Ken, that sounds awesome! Wish you a great Journey to west Australia. I wanted to go to Coober Pedy but actually took the Plane from Melbourne to Perth. So I didn't get to see it. Must be awesome. Saw a TV Documentary about the place. When you are done with your Fruit picking I recommend You to see a bit of the Wild West. I went up to Monkey Mia. It was wonderful. http://martin-on-tour.de/2008-12-08-09-kalbarri-np-to-monkey-mia/ Wish You a great Journey. Your Buddy mARTinOctober 29, 2009 - 12:04 pm
